No prior training is required since the participant will be accompanied by a trained co-pilot. The paraglider must be over 6 years of age and the weight of the paraglider should be within 95 kg. Paragliding is not an activity recommended for pregnant women & heart patients. The total duration of the paragliding is inclusive of the briefing by instructors, strapping on and off of safety harness.

River Rafting

The valley of Kashmir is crossed through many rivers like Lidder and Sindh on the stretches of which the adventure of river rafting can be greatly enjoyed.
